Spontaneous

SPONTANEOUS

Stripped of the script,
Embraced by the unscripted,
My lip zipped till my mind,
Sifted, then lifted
Feeling the shift
From what was said
To the unsaid
Without dread of
What is to be said
So others can be led
Upstairs from despair
Nothing erroneous
About spontaneous.

Wisdom

Timeless patience for the distant instant.

Aware

Persuaded to listen.

March Mellow

Longing for the heat after the hot chocolate.

Rest

A redemptive act of obedience leading to a deeper peace. Be still more. Being still more. Becoming.

Denial

Glossing over the glossary.

Frustrated

Going back repeatedly to a previous point instead of pointing forward with a different attitude.

Accusation

A voice that often sounds like our own.

For Against

The statement I hear repeatedly in most conversations is "I don't want ...." We are trained to know what we don't want because we are mostly told what not to do. That creates fear of freedom, anxiety misinterpreted as frustration, and resistance to courage. It's not about what you want or what you are against as much as what you are for. Everyone looks the same when against. What you are for distinguishes the message that makes a difference from the protest that only can make a point against a point of difference.
